Peter Thomson Discusses Weaver v. Massachusetts on SCOTUScast

Peter Thomson provides a review of Supreme Court case Weaver v. Massachusetts on the SCOTUScast, which is hosted by The Federalist Society.   In the case the Supreme Court had to determine if a defendant asserting ineffective assistance that results in a structural error must, in addition to demonstrating deficient performance, show that he was prejudiced by counsel's ineffectiveness or whether prejudice is presumed in such cases.  A copy of the recording can be found here.
