W. Brett Mason Interviewed by the Greater Baton Rouge Business Report

W. Brett Mason recently spoke with the Greater Baton Rouge Business Report about a U.S. Supreme Court ruling on the Affordable Care Act's failed co-op program.  The ruling paves the way for the Louisiana Department of Insurance  to recapture millions of dollars worth of payments from the federal government.  Mason stated that the ruling "sends a strong message that the federal government needs to honor its obligations," noting that the high court's opinion could be applied in a much broader context for future litigation.  The article can be viewed here.
