Michael Walshe Co-authors Article on Scandalous and Disparaging Trademarks

Michael Walshe co-authored the article "What's in a Name: Does this Trademark Offend?" in the October 2016 issue of FDCC Insights, the monthly newsletter of the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel.  The article addresses what constitutes a scandalous or disparaging trademark, inconsistent results in determining if a trademark is scandalous or disparaging and current legal battles over questionable trademarks.
