Wayne Lee Receives Greater New Orleans Louis A. Martinet Legal Society's Lifetime Achievement Award

Wayne Lee received the prestigious Greater New Orleans Louis A. Martinet Legal Society's Lifetime Achievement Award at the Martinet Society's annual scholarship and jazz brunch on September 14, 2019.  Founded during the civil rights struggle, the Martinet Society continues to encourage the interchange of ideas, promote legal scholarship, and the administration of justice.  Lee has exhibited these objectives throughout his 45 year career as a mentor to countless diverse law students and attorneys.  Lee and Stone Pigman have hosted many diversity receptions over the years for first year law students to introduce them to a community of diverse judges and attorneys.  For more information, the complete Biz New Orleans article can be found here.
