Heather Lonian to Participate on Removal and Remand CLE Program

Heather Lonian will participate in the "Removal and Remand Updates" CLE program hosted by the New Orleans Bar Association on May 15, 2019.  The panel members will present a quick refresher on the technical bases for removal and remand and then dive into more complex issues including pre-service removal, federal question removal, federal officer removal, CAFA implications, joinder issues and the effects of suing foreign insurers.  Additional information about the program can be found here.
