James Slaton to Participate in ABA Webinar on Government Approvals and Incentives for Commercial Real Estate Transaction

James Slaton will participate in the American Bar Association Section of Real Property, Trusts & Estate Law eCLE webinar "How to Get the Government Approvals You Need and the Incentives You Want" on January 16, 2019.  The webinar is part of the "Mastering the Art of Commercial Real Estate Deals" series and will explore what governmental approvals are required and what government incentives may be available for a commercial real estate transaction, including: land use and zoning; environmental; building and other development permits; new markets, low income and historic tax credits; and opportunity zone funds.  Additional information about the webinar can be found here.
