Stone Pigman Represents Lenders in $5.8 Billion Financing for LNG Facility and Pipeline

On August 19, 2019, Venture Global LNG, Inc. closed the project financing for its Calcasieu Pass LNG facility and associated TransCameron pipeline. The proceeds of $1.3 billion equity investment and $5.8 billion construction financing fully fund the balance of the construction and commissioning of the company’s Calcasieu Pass LNG facility and associated TransCameron pipeline in Cameron Parish, Louisiana.
