David Rieveschl and Bryant York Become Members of Stone Pigman
Stone Pigman Walther Wittmann L.L.C. is pleased to announce that David C. Rieveschl and Bryant S. York have become Members of the firm, effective January 1, 2019.

David Rieveschl concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate, mergers and acquisitions and securities law. His practice includes structuring public and private sales of equity and debt instruments and advising clients on compliance with federal and state securities laws. In addition, he regularly counsels established and emerging enterprises on issues affecting legal structure, intellectual property rights and venture capital financing, with particular focus on technology, life sciences, natural resources and energy companies. David is a Past President and a Board Member of the Louisiana Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth and a Board Member of the Tulane Association of Business Alumni. He has been listed in numerous lawyer rankings, including Chambers USA, Best Lawyers in America and Louisiana Super Lawyers. David received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Tulane University Law School in 1997, his M.B.A. from Tulane University A.B. Freeman School of Business in 1997 and his B.A. from Duke University in 1991.
Bryant York's practice focuses primarily in the areas of commercial litigation, intellectual property, antitrust matters, bankruptcy litigation, government relations and regulatory counseling. He has represented clients in federal and state courts, as well as in arbitrations, mediations and administrative proceedings before federal agencies. He is admitted to the bars of Louisiana, New York and Texas. Bryant is a member of the American, Federal, Louisiana, Texas and New Orleans Bar Associations. He serves on the Committee on the Unauthorized Practice of Law of the Louisiana State Bar Association. He is also Co-Chair of the New Orleans Museum of Art's Young Fellows and a member of the Board of Directors of the NOLA Project theater company. Bryant received his J.D., cum laude, from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2005 and his B.A., magna cum laude, from Columbia University in 1999.
