Firm Client LPSC Wins Rulings at FERC, Customer Refunds from Entergy Expected

Stone Pigman congratulates long-time client, the Louisiana Public Service Commission, on its victory at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission.  Firm lawyers Mike Fontham, Dana Shelton, and Justin Swaim were pleased to represent the Commission in this matter to aid in delivering much-deserved relief to Louisiana’s electric consumers.  Based on preliminary calculations from these FERC decisions, total refunds owed to customers of Entergy Louisiana, Entergy New Orleans, and Entergy Arkansas will amount to around $600 million.
