Stone Pigman Helps Secure Additional Parking Garage at New MSY Terminal

Stone Pigman is pleased to have served as legal counsel for Parking Facilities Corporation in the leasing of property adjacent to the new terminal currently under construction at the Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport and the development and financing of a new 2,800 space public parking garage. This transaction closed October 4, 2018. Construction of the new garage will begin immediately as the new terminal plans to open in May. The existing long-term garage, which PFC built, will continue to be used after the new terminal opens.
