Overview
Katie DeBlanc concentrates her practice in trusts and estates. She joined Stone Pigman in 2023 after graduating cum laude from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where she was a member of the Loyola Law Review.
Representative Matters
- Assisting clients in the preparation of wills, trusts (testamentary trusts, irrevocable life insurance trusts, revocable trusts), financial and health care powers of attorney, living wills, and acts of donation of community property.
- Assisting clients with succession matters, including drafting successions pleadings, advising clients about Louisiana succession procedure and coordinating with financial institutions to assist in administration of successions.
- Advising clients on Corporate Transparency Act compliance.
